Ordered fruit from Florida, they want an extra $100 to deliver or won't refund

I ordered assorted tropical fruits from Thai Market in Florida on February 4th. They were supposed to be delivered to me in Chula Vista, California.

The order never came. They contacted me and said I have to pay an extra $100 for an ice box. They never told me about this charge before. Now they say if I don't pay the $100, they won't deliver and they won't give me a refund either.

I already paid $305 for this order. It feels like a trap. Either I pay more money or I lose everything I already paid.
