Ordered a tent fan mount but tracking says delivered and nothing showed up

I ordered a Magnetic Rooftop Tent Fan Mount System from thapret.com for $50.35 Canadian. Order #3048. The tracking number was UL235350299YP.

On their website it says delivered but it never arrived to my address. I never got anything. No package, no note, nothing. Just says delivered online. I don't know what happened but I want my money back or the product.

Paid for a magnetic rooftop fan got a cheap broken thing

I bought a magnetic rooftop fan from their website thapret.com. It was supposed to be a good working fan for my roof. I paid $43.00 for it.

What showed up in the mail was a cheap little unit. It doesn't even work at all. Not even close to what the ad showed. It feels like a toy or something. I emailed [email protected] but nobody wrote back.

So now I'm out the money and stuck with this junk. Just wanted a fan that works.
