Ordered online and got a piece of plastic instead
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but got no reply. The website is still up it looks like. I just want my money back but I don't think that's gonna happen. This was a total waste.
Ordered a tent fan mount but tracking says delivered and nothing showed up
On their website it says delivered but it never arrived to my address. I never got anything. No package, no note, nothing. Just says delivered online. I don't know what happened but I want my money back or the product.
Paid for a magnetic rooftop fan got a cheap broken thing
What showed up in the mail was a cheap little unit. It doesn't even work at all. Not even close to what the ad showed. It feels like a toy or something. I emailed [email protected] but nobody wrote back.
So now I'm out the money and stuck with this junk. Just wanted a fan that works.
