Ordered a shirt from a website and it disappeared from their system

I ordered a shirt on May 24th 2026 from theanimeempire.com. It was $37 plus taxes so $43 total. I never got it.

I contacted them 3 or 4 times and they never reached back out. Not even once. So I went back on their website and put in my order number #15492 and it says no order found. That was weird because two weeks after I ordered I put in the same number and my phone number and it said order placed and order being worked on. Now it just doesn't say anything at all.
