Getting constant calls about my old car accident, they won't stop

I keep getting calls from these people, about three or four times a day on my home phone. They somehow know I was in a car accident maybe six to eight months ago. They're trying to get me to hire them as lawyers to sue for a physical injury.

My insurance company already settled everything with everyone involved. The calls are just harassing and a huge annoyance. They also use a fake number on the caller ID, so you never know it's them calling. They use a local area code so you think it's someone nearby. Is there any way to make them stop calling all the time?
