Website said Florida store but dresses came from China
I emailed them at [email protected] about returning them since they advertise a "100% money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied." They wrote back saying that wasn't a valid reason to return. We went back and forth a few times and finally they admitted they are actually in China. They said they won't take them back.
So I'm out 107 dollars on two cheap dresses that aren't what they said. The whole thing is just a fake company pretending to be in Florida.
No return address on dresses that did not fit
They would not give me a return address or tell me about shipping costs. Instead they kept offering me deals to keep the stuff. First they said pay another $10 and they will send a new item and I can keep the one I have. Then they offered 20% off to just keep everything.
I really regret not checking reviews before buying. This feels like a scam. Their website is https://www.thebellemontsisters.com/ and email is [email protected]. I lost about $102. Just stay away from them.
Website claiming to be a small family business in Florida
The item I got was not what I ordered and when I asked for a refund they said no. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. I just think it is false advertising to say you are a US company when you are not.
