No return address on dresses that did not fit

I bought dresses from The Bellemont Sisters and they just did not fit right. I wanted to send them back but I could not even find an address to return them to. All communication was through emails and they take more than 24 hours to reply.

They would not give me a return address or tell me about shipping costs. Instead they kept offering me deals to keep the stuff. First they said pay another $10 and they will send a new item and I can keep the one I have. Then they offered 20% off to just keep everything.

I really regret not checking reviews before buying. This feels like a scam. Their website is https://www.thebellemontsisters.com/ and email is [email protected]. I lost about $102. Just stay away from them.

Website claiming to be a small family business in Florida

I ordered something from The Bellemont Sisters because their website says they are a small family-run business from Seaside Florida. That is literally what they said in an email to me. But it turns out they are not based in the US at all, they are actually in China.

The item I got was not what I ordered and when I asked for a refund they said no. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. I just think it is false advertising to say you are a US company when you are not.
