Ordered from TikTok shop and never got my stuff

I bought something from The Boho Muse on TikTok. It was about $50. I never got the items. I paid and everything went through but nothing showed up.

I tried to figure out what happened but no one got back to me. It’s been a while now. I just want my money back or the stuff I ordered. Not sure what else to do.

Ordered a bag from a TikTok link, turned out to be a complete scam

I followed a link on TikTok for this crossbody duck bag and placed an order. The item I ordered isn't even listed on their site anymore. I found the real creator of the bag on TikTok, and she said her video was stolen and posted by a fake account. So the product is fake and I never got it. She's still making videos about how her images were stolen, and other people confirm it too.

I opened a case with PayPal. This scam site, The Boho Muse, keeps telling me to close my case so they can issue a refund. Now they've given a tracking number to PayPal but won't share it with me. The whole site looks fake, it was created in December 2025 and the writing is terrible, just incomplete sentences everywhere. I'm out $32.
