Airbnb listing photos showed a huge backyard that was gone

We booked an Airbnb through a management company called The Burroughs. The photos they had up showed the house with this huge lush green backyard. Looked amazing in the pictures.

When we got to the property, the backyard was barely big enough to put a queen size mattress down before you hit the fence. And it was just a dirt patch. No grass at all. Turns out they sold half of the property to developers and didnt update the listing. That feels fraudulent to me. We paid $850 and got something completely different than what was shown.
