Mail about a certificate of good standing I never asked for

I got a letter in the mail from The Business Document Center. It had a big title at the top that said "2026 Rhode Island Certificate of Good Standing." I never ordered anything like that. I don't even know what that is.

The return address is 11 South Angell Street #374 in Providence, RI. I looked at it and it just felt off. No one from any real government office sends stuff like this. They want you to call (855) 203-5959 I guess but I'm not calling that number. It cost me $87.25 because I thought it was something official at first. Now I just feel stupid.
