Ordered a cardigan, got a tracking number, but the package never moved

I placed an order on November 29th. I didn't hear anything for weeks, so I had to reach out myself. I got an email confirmation with a tracking number on December 25th after I asked several times. But the tracking hasn't moved at all. It just says the label was created.

I've tried to contact them multiple times since then. I've asked about the status and said I want to cancel my order and get a full refund. No one ever replies. I paid almost $130 and have nothing to show for it. The whole thing feels off.
