Ordered skincare products and never got them after 45 days

I ordered some skincare stuff from theclearfortress.com. The site looked pretty legit so I went ahead and paid. That was about 45 days ago.

I kept emailing them at [email protected] because I never got any shipping info. They kept emailing me back saying it was on its way. Just kept getting the same runaround. No product ever showed up and no tracking number or anything. Lost $69.
