Got a job offer after an online "interview" but no phone number to call

I got an email from TheClinicalTrialCenter.net asking for my resume for a job. It came from someone named Gabriella Gonzalez. She told me to send my resume to the "hr lady," Sarah Locke. Then they had me do a 15-question "interview" on their website. I did it.

The next day they sent me a job offer. That's when I knew it was probably a scam. There weren't any phone numbers in any of the documents. I asked for a phone number or someone to talk to, and they just never responded to me.
