Paid 77k for trucking help and nothing happened for almost two years

I saw this company The Compass Circle and they said they could start a trucking company from scratch. They wanted 10K per truck so I went for 4 trucks. They also told me they would find lease on clients paying about 1500 a week per truck in net profit. And they said they would find drivers and owner operators.

Well nothing happened in almost 2 years. All they did was set up some MC and DOT numbers and I found out later that could have been done for less than 600 bucks. I feel like they targeted people who are vulnerable and easy to manipulate.
