Ordered a custom knife in December and still nothing

I ordered a custom knife from thecookingguild.com back in December 2025. I knew it wouldn't ship for about 4 weeks so I was fine waiting. When that time came I emailed them and they said production was slow and to give it 2 to 4 more weeks.

In February I emailed again asking for a shipping date or tracking number or just refund my money. They never answered that email. I tried reaching out one more time about my purchase and still no response from customer service. I never got the knife and they still have my $200.
