Getting constant calls about my business not being searchable

I keep getting multiple calls every single day ever since I started my small business. They say they're calling from 'The Digital Activation Department'. They try to tell me my company is not listed and that it's unsearchable by the 5 major search engines.

The calls always come from different places in the US. The people calling also have different accents every time. It just feels off and it's really disruptive.
