Ordered a free Bible verse jar, got charged $29 and never received it

I saw an ad on Facebook from The FaithFull Ministry. It said they were giving away free Bible Verse Jars to Christians, and you just had to cover the $2.99 shipping. I thought that sounded nice, so I went to put in an order.

On the payment screen, I checked everything to make sure I was only paying the $2.99 shipping fee. It all looked right, so I confirmed the purchase. But I never got the jar. The tracking showed it wasn't even delivered to my state.

Then the next day, I see a charge on my account from them for $29.00. I never authorized that. I emailed them right away about the charge and about not getting my order. I haven't heard back from them at all.
