Got a letter saying I might get a settlement from my banks

I got this letter in the mail. It says The firm has settled accounts with Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Capital One. It says if I have accounts with them, I might be entitled to a settlement on my outstanding balance.

I have to respond within 10 days. The hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 9 PM EST, Saturday 9 to 2 PM EST. The number is 1-866-751-7467. I have to give the reference number CMFL60216021345 when I call. The letter gives an example, like if I owe $25,000 they have settled for $11,250, lowering my payment. It just feels off to me.
