Billed for a membership I never signed up for

I bought one item from their website, that’s it. I never signed up for any kind of membership or plan. But they charged me 59.95 every month for the last 7 months until I finally noticed it on my statement. That’s 360 dollars they took.

I contacted my bank about it and I also sent them a text to cancel whatever this plan was and refund my money. It’s been a while and I haven’t heard a single thing back from them.

Charged three times for dog beds I only ordered once

I ordered 3 dog beds for 59.95 from The Fluffy Bean website. I did get the 3 beds, but then they charged me 2 more times after that. Today they tried again and my bank finally denied it. So I paid way more than I was supposed to. I don't know why they kept charging me. I already got what I ordered. Their address is in Virginia Beach, VA. I lost about 179.85 total.

Ordered from The Fluffy Bean and now they keep taking money from my account

I thought this site was safe. I was wrong. Since the end of May they have taken two payments out of my account. First one was $39.95 and then another one for $59.95. I cannot get to the site anymore.

They said they were in Virginia Beach on the website but no, it’s China. I am scared they are going to keep taking money. I cannot afford this loss. I really can’t. Don’t know what to do now.
