Paid for glass barometers that never arrived, then got hung up on.

I paid for two glass barometers from The Glass Blowing Shop back on January 7th. The money came out, $46.95, but I never got the items. No shipping info, nothing.

I sent emails and got no response at all. So I called the number. A lady answered and said they were having website issues, then tried to offer me a coupon. I told her I didn't want a coupon, I just wanted the barometers I paid for. She hung up on me.

I have the address and email but it's no use. The site is theglassblowingshop.com and the email is [email protected]. No items, no help.
