Ordered a skirt from Harrington Sisters and got something totally different

I ordered a skirt from the Harrington Sisters website. It said they were in Naples, FL. I got it yesterday and it was totally different than what was shown online. This is not the first time I’ve been scammed by one of these places.

When I asked to return it they just gave me the run around. Then they finally gave me an address to send it back to China. I paid $42.00 for this. Their email is [email protected]. I don’t know what else to do.
