Ordered a dress from The Hart Sisters and got the wrong one after a month

I ordered a dress from The Hart Sisters - Naples. It took over a month to even get here. When it finally showed up it was the wrong dress. Not even close to what I ordered. I paid about $70 for it. I tried to figure out who to contact but their website is not helpful. No phone number or email that I could find. Just feels like I got scammed honestly. I never got the dress I wanted and now I'm out the money.
