Shoes smelled bad and blouse was nothing like the picture

I ordered a pair of shoes from The Hills and when they showed up they had this really foul odor and they were just super cheaply made. Not what I expected at all. Then I ordered a blouse too and it was extremely inferior to what the picture in the ad looked like. Like not even close.

So I asked for a return and they told me it was far too expensive for me to send stuff back at $14.95 and that I should just take a discount instead. For the blouse they said they couldn't process a return but they would give me 30% off a future purchase. I don't want another purchase I just want my money back. Lost about $90 total.
