Ordered blouses and got wrong items with no tags
I have a second package due to arrive and I'm just going to return to sender without opening it. Now I understand why the shipping took so long. Also their email address shows as [email protected] but then adds "amaze" at the end right before the .com part. I lost $174.69.
Return policy not what they claim, wanted more money for right size
But when I talked to customer service they said I had to pay $15 shipping to get the right size. I said no so then they offered me 10% off the shoes that don't even fit. I feel like I wasted my time and my money. Save your money!!
Ordered dresses and shoes, return policy turned into a hassle
So I went to exchange it because their site says no hassle 30 day returns. They wrote back asking for photos of why the items didn't fit, photos of the shipping package. I thought it felt weird but I went along with it. Next email said they would exchange if I paid $54.xx for shipping back to them. The replies sounded like AI responses too. I told them I was going to notify ScamPulse.com and wanted a credit refund. Haven't heard back since.
Ordered from a site and the voicemail had a different business name
So I googled the name of the company on the voicemail and saw a bunch of people saying they got scammed by them. I lost $300 on this. Their address is 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901. Wish I had checked before I ordered.
Online order was not what they showed and return address was in the UK
When I tried to return it they sent me a bunch of instructions about taking pictures of the garment and getting return tracking numbers inside the package. The return address they gave me was way too long to fit on the package. Turns out it has to be returned to the UK. That doesnt make any sense for a place called The Hills Nashville.
Ordered from a website that sent me junk from China
I tried to get help with a return but it's just a loop. You email them at [email protected] and they give you some runaround. Or you call that number (302) 760-9909 and nobody actually helps. They just keep saying they'll look into it.
I'm out the money and stuck with junk I didn't want. No one will take responsibility.
Ordered orthopedic shoes but got something from China instead
I tried to cancel the order right away but they emailed me back saying no. The same night I bought the first pair they sent me a discount code so I placed a second order too. I also sent an email asking to cancel that one. What I got in the mail was not what I ordered and I would have never bought them if I knew they were coming from China.
I'm going to contact my credit card company and file a dispute. I lost $521.22 on this.
Ordered shoes from The Hills Nashville and got the run-around on returns
Their reps just gave me the run-around and eventually only offered me 30% back if I keep the shoes. But I can't wear them or do anything with them. Then I find out the return address is in the UK, not even in the US. Their company address is in Delaware but they want me to ship to the UK. International shipping costs way more than what I paid for the shoes so there's no point in even trying to use their refund policy.
I lost about $110.38 on this. Their number is (302) 760-9909 and their website is thehillsnashville.com.
Do not buy from The Hills Nashville, sizes are wrong and returns are a scam
Their return policy is a joke. They give you two choices—send it back overseas at your own expense, or take 10% back for the items. I picked the 10% and they said it takes thirty days to post to your account, if it even shows up at all. I lost $90.
This place is not located in Nashville like they make it seem. It's a big scam to take your money. Their address is some place in Dover, Delaware. [email protected] is the email. Just don't buy anything.
