Refused a refund after buying something from a website

I bought something from a website that I thought was legit. The email was [email protected] and it said they were in Nashville, TN. I spent $59.95 on whatever it was.

Now I'm trying to get my money back because it wasn't what I expected. They just refuse to give me a refund. No explanation really, just no. I feel like I got scammed out of that money. There's no phone number or real address I can find. Just that email and they won't help.

They refused a full refund then offered only 30 percent back

I paid almost sixty bucks to these people and they wouldn't give me my money back. At first they just said no to a refund. Then they came back and said they'd give me 30% back. That's not even half.

They post a guarantee on their site but they don't follow it. I don't know what else to call it other than a scam. I emailed them at [email protected] and that was the only way I could reach them. No phone number or anything. Just wasted my time and my money.
