Ordered a Father’s Day gift and now getting charged for a subscription I didn’t sign up for

I ordered a Father’s Day gift on June 8th from their website thehonorunionusa.com. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t gotten anything. I tried calling the number (720) 861-0028 but nobody picks up. I just want to cancel the order but no one will answer the phone.

Then I looked at my credit card statement and saw they charged me a 29.99 monthly subscription fee. I never authorized any subscription. I don’t know what this is for. I just wanted one gift and now they’re taking money out every month. The address they have is in Utah but the email is [email protected]. I’m out almost 57 bucks now and can’t get ahold of anyone.

Bought a Navy necklace and got charged a monthly fee I never agreed to

I bought a necklace for my son in law who is in the Navy. I was happy to help vets so I went ahead and ordered it. The purchase was like $26 plus $9 for training so total was $35. Less than a week later my card got hit with another $29.99 charge. No receipt or email saying what it was for.

I called the number on the site (720) 861-0028 a bunch of times and nobody picks up. I sent emails to [email protected] too and got nothing back. Then I looked closer and saw they charge $29.99 every month for some membership I never signed up for. They were just gonna take that out every month if I didn't block it as a scam alert.

It's a shame using vets to trick people like that. Still waiting on my refund.

Cross necklace for veterans ended up with surprise charges

So I saw this ad for a cross necklace and it said the purchase goes towards helping veterans train service dogs. That sounded good to me. When I checked out they asked if I wanted to donate $9.99 to feed a dog too, so I added that on top of the necklace price.

But then about a month later I get a charge for $29.99 on my card out of nowhere. There was nothing about any recurring charge when I bought it. I tried canceling it online a bunch of times and finally got through to them by email to stop it. But they would not give me my money back for those extra charges I never agreed to. $89.97 total gone.
