Ordered a toy for a gift and package got lost

I ordered a toy from thelittlelearnrsttoys.com to send as a gift. They gave me a tracking number and everything. After about 2 weeks I found out the gift was undeliverable. I called them and they told me to check with the shipping company.

I did that and the shipping company made a case number but never got back to me. It took like 2 months of me sending countless emails to both the little learners people and the shipping company. Finally they just told me the package was lost and nothing can be done about it.

I demanded a refund from Little Learners but they keep putting me off. They keep saying they are checking further with the shipper. This has been going on for 2 and a half months now and I'm out $137.
