Ordered a bible from The Living Word and never got it

I was on line with The Living Word to order a bible. They told me it would ship within 4-7 days. I ordered it on 4-3-26. I have emailed them over and over and tried to call them too for a refund or my product. They keep telling me it is on the way but there is no way to track it and they will not refund my money. I want either my money back or my purchase. I am not the only one. After I posted on Facebook what is happening, other people responded with the same problem. Please help, these people took an older woman's money and gave me nothing in return. Thank you.
