Got a call about a loan I never applied for

I got a call from someone saying they were from "the loan department." They didn't say which bank or company they were with. They said they were calling about my loan, but I have never applied for any kind of loan.

The person on the phone asked me to call them back at 866-959-1689. The call came from (943) 275-6879 and the address they gave was just GA, USA. It felt off because I didn't ask for any loan. I didn't send any money, but it was a weird call to get out of the blue.
