Order cancellation ignored after I tried to cancel in time

I ordered something from their website themaplesisters.com and changed my mind. I tried to cancel the order right away, I was well within the cancellation period. But they just started ignoring my emails.

I emailed them at [email protected] a few times. No reply at all. I lost $39.99 on this. Just nothing back from them.
