Ordered snacks, got accused of scamming and extra charges

I ordered some snacks from their website. Next thing I know, I get this really informal email from their site saying I was trying to scam them. They claimed my name and address didn't exist. The email was full of spelling errors and just sounded very unprofessional.

They said they'd refund my money "if it even went through." Then, weirdly, once the charge did go through, I got multiple charges on my card. I had to report my card as compromised at my bank. The bank is only refunding the charges I didn't make, not the original $22 for the order, because that card is now closed.

They also told me a refund would take over a week to show up. Everywhere else I've shopped, it's 2 or 3 business days.
