Ordered women's shoes but got men's size 11 and no refund

I bought a pair of shoes for $65.00 off their website. Took about 4 weeks to get here and they came from China. I ordered a women's size 10.5.

When they showed up they were obviously men's size 11 and wide. Totally wrong. I tried to return them and they said no. They advertise returns are easy but that's a lie. They said I could get $5.99 cash back and the rest as store credit. Then in the fine print it says if you even try the shoes on they count as used and you can't return them. So I'm stuck. They said I could pay to ship them back to China but still no full refund. Just a waste of money.
