Refund promise but I have to ship to China
But when I asked to return, they told me to send it to China. The pillow shipped from California and I live in CA. Shipping it to China costs 3x more than what I paid for the pillow. I think they count on US customers not wanting to pay that so they just keep the pillow. Nowhere on their site does it say you'd have to pay to return to China. I'm out $130.
Other people have had the same thing happen, there's a reddit thread about it. Their number is 1(995) 222-2617 and email is [email protected].
Ordered a mattress cover from The Pillow Home that never showed up
They are a scam company. I called my credit card company and they removed the charge. Their address is 1342 Nm 333 Tijeras, Tijeras, NM 87059. Just letting people know The Pillow Home is a scam. See if you can get their website taken down please.
Ordered a pillow from The Pillow Home and lost over $90
When I tried to return it, they told me to ship it to China. That’s not the New Mexico address listed on their site. I had to pay for that international shipping myself. I lost $92.50 on this whole order.
I looked it up and found other people got scammed the same way. Their pillows get blocked at Chinese customs and nobody gets a refund.
