Facebook ad for stuffed bunnies that never came from The Pink Galaxy

I saw an ad on Facebook for these viral soft toy bunnies that were all over around Easter time. So I bought some on March 9th from The Pink Galaxy website. They said the products ship fast and come from New York.

Well my items shipped from China and it's been almost 3 months and I still don't have them. Support messages me back but they just keep saying stuff is being rushed and not to worry. I asked for a refund and they said I have to wait until the items arrive. I know they are not going to arrive.

My money was taken and they won't give it back. I lost $22.77. I don't know what else to do.

Instagram ad for Needoh toys took over a month and came from China

I saw an ad on Instagram for Needoh Easter sets and ordered them. It said 2 day expedited shipping but it took over a month to get here. When it finally showed up there was a label from China on the package and then another label on top of it from some place in Carlstadt, NJ.

The stress balls were in boxes that looked like copyright infringed stuff. They were super small versions and the material was nothing like the ad. If you know what Needoh actually feels like you would laugh. Obviously misleading and counterfeit.

Customer service at [email protected] was no help at all. I had to go to my credit card company. Still waiting on a refund and they make it extremely difficult.

Ordered an Easter egg hunt toy and got scammed out of $45

I bought a Easter needoh egg hunt from them and it was fake. They stole $45 from me. I only got one of the items I could upload but there was supposed to be 13 pieces in one big box and four little ones. Everything is fake.

The address they used is 339 13th street, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. Their email is [email protected]. I tried to get my $45 back but he will not give it to me. No reply about it. Just a scam.

Ordered stuffed bunnies, got overcharged and then blocked

I placed an order on thepinkgalaxy.com for two stuffed bunnies. They charged my card, but it was more than it was supposed to be. The product never showed up.

I tried to reach out about a refund. I emailed [email protected]. They just told me to wait for my order. After that, I couldn't contact them at all. It's like they blocked me from getting in touch. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
