Ordered a necklace and no one will answer my emails

I ordered a necklace from thepinkvaultco.com and I emailed them four different days asking about my order. I never got any response at all. Their phone number is (646) 621-5524 and their address is in Rahway, NJ 07065. I spent $126.24 on this. I just want to know where my necklace is or get my money back. Nothing.
