Ordered through The Shop App and never got my item

I made an online purchase through The Shop App on November 22, 2025. I have been emailing them over and over at [email protected] trying to follow up on my order.

Never got anything in the mail. I lost $34.99 on this. They just took my money and nothing showed up. Their website is Instagram I think.

I just kept emailing and no one replied with any real help. Still haven't gotten my order or my money back.
