Ordered a purse and now the phone line just disconnects

I ordered a purse from this company online. It was $64.95. I still haven't gotten it. I sent a few emails and only got one back saying it was in transit or something. That was a while ago.

I tried calling the phone number on the site and it either disconnects or gives me a fast busy signal. So I have no way to know if I will ever get the item I paid for.
