Ordered a product online and it came missing parts and is cheap plastic

I ordered something from The Rain Shop online. They're selling a product that doesn't match what they advertise. When it arrived, it was missing parts.

I contacted them and told them about the missing parts. They said they would send them, but they never did. They've given me the runaround from day one. Now they're not answering my emails at all.

The stuff is just all plastic. It's cheap and it's not what they advertise at all. I paid $125 for this.
