Bought a dress from The RealReal, got a fake and no refund for two months

I bought a dress from The RealReal website and what I received was a fake. I never got my refund. For two whole months, every time I would call, they would tell me to wait a week, or wait 48 hours. They said there was a technical glitch, or some other problem.

I started a case with PayPal about it. They told me to cancel the case and then I would see my money back. But that was a scam, they just took my money. I don't trust them at all. Don't buy anything from them.
