Ordered a couch from The Snug Cloud and nothing ever showed up

I bought a couch from them. I got an email saying it was getting shipped. That was it. Never got the couch. I tried calling the number they had but no answer. I wrote to the email [email protected] and got nothing back. The website is still up though. I lost $29.00 on this. Just a waste of time and money.
