Endless harassment calls about solar panels, won't stop no matter what

I keep getting these harassment calls about installing solar panels. It's been over 300 calls in the last year. I get about four a day. I'm trying to run a business and I have to figure out if it's a scam call or a real client calling.

I've asked to be taken off their list 28 times already. They even call about an address I don't even live at anymore. They're rude and they're scammers. They gave my personal info to other telemarketers.

The calls never stop no matter what I do. Every time it's a new number they call from, but it's always "the solar program." It's always them.
