Ordered something from a TikTok link and never got it

I saw something on TikTok and ordered it from their website. It was 38 bucks. I never got the package.

They said they tried to deliver it but couldn't. I checked my cameras and nobody ever came to my door not once. So I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. I just want my money back or the product.

Online order took my money and nothing showed up

I saw this site and thought I was buying something legit. Paid $40 through the site. Never got anything. No tracking number, no email back.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever replied. The site just took my money. That was it.

I don't even know where they're located. Just feels like a total scam.

Online purchase never arrived with strange excuses

I bought something online and never got it. They kept telling me the truck broke down, then they said they couldn't access my building. I live in a house, not an apartment or anything like that. So that didn't make any sense.

I paid $34.99 and nothing shows up. Their email is [email protected]. I just want my item or my money back.

Package never delivered

They've improved their scam by pretending to help you when your package never arrives. The delivery driver said I wasn't home and then the truck broke down and then finally they couldn't "access the address" - whatever that means. James emailed me back from supportcare.com telling me he would submit a claim ticket for me and then it would only take 5 to 7 days...for something...I don't know what because he didn't say I'd get my money back. And my package is now supposedly being held at "the depot" until the delivery address is confirmed. They've had the correct address the entire time. It's a scam.

Ordered a porch swing and got nothing but a confirmation email

I ordered a porch swing from this company and paid $37.98. They sent me an order confirmation email right away so I thought everything was fine. But that was it. No swing ever showed up. I didn't get any other emails or tracking or anything.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. So I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. No refund either. Just the one confirmation email and then nothing.

No company name on order confirmation and money taken

I placed my order on 04/30/2026 and reached out to customer support for information as to why my order was still in processing even though funds were taken out of my account. I also researched information on the "company" and saw that it has been reported multiple times of being a scam. I also have other pictures to support my claim.

Their website is tracking.thesupportcare.com and their email is [email protected]. They took $17.98 out of my account and I still haven't gotten anything. I called the number they had but nobody picks up. I just want my money back or my order.
