Delivery problems

keep getting texts that for one reason or another my package cant be delivered. The last text I got said incorrect building code. I do not stay in a gated community. One text said that they tried to deliver it and no one was home. I am retired and I was home the previous day when they said no one was home. They had a vehicle breakdown on two separate attempts. Please can you help me?

Saw a TikTok Shop ad for cookware that turned into a scam

I saw an ad on TikTok Shop for a set of cookware. It took me to a separate shop so I ordered it on April 30th. After that it was just a bunch of emails saying they was having issues delivering my items. I went back and forth with customer support for weeks.

Finally on June 14th I got a message saying my item was delivered. I looked all over my apartment complex and no packages for me was there. I contacted them twice and no one is responding now.

My bank disputed the charge so I got my money back but I am still upset. They are false advertising online and it's a scam. I just want to report this company.
