TikTok ad for monitor and arm that never arrived

I saw this ad on TikTok for a curved computer monitor and a reticulating arm. It looked legit so I ordered it on May 28. Cost me 55 bucks.

They gave me a tracking number but it just keeps saying delayed, rerouted, or held at the warehouse. I tried emailing the address they gave for questions, [email protected], but nobody ever wrote back. The tracking hasn't moved in weeks.

Their address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200 in Sheridan, WY. The website link they sent me to check on it looks weird too. I just want my money back or the stuff I paid for.
