Ordered a book but they said I ordered a digital copy instead

I ordered one product from them, it was a book. They told me I had ordered a digital copy instead which is not what I did. When I called them on this they just refuted my order and refused to give me a refund.

Its not a huge loss only about 12 bucks. I used Paypal to try and shield my credit card but they still have my address which bothers me. I will contest it with my credit card company but I want people to know this company is a scam. I know now that others have had the same experience with them. Their website is thetopbok.com and their email is [email protected].
