Paid for timeshare listing service and got nothing but excuses

I paid The Travel Network $3192.00 on October 13, 2025 to list and advertise my timeshare at Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas. They made it sound like they would actually market the place and help get some rental or sale interest.

Its been almost a year now and I have gotten zero real results. No offers that went anywhere, no completed transactions. When I call them they say they have received offers but not for the amount we agreed on for rental. They never told me about any of this. I called them a bunch of times and they just leave you on hold for over 30 minutes. Then they tell me the contract expired after 180 days and that I never asked for an extension. But I could never even get through to anyone to talk about that.
