They said it would cost $1, then my bank called about four charges

On their website, it first said it would cost just $1. The next thing I know, my bank is contacting me to ask if the four charges on my account were legitimate. I never received any report from them. Now I have to wait until it clears the bank before I can even try to dispute it and hopefully get the charges removed. They never explain or mention this whole process. You just have to figure out all the steps yourself.
