Ordered fabric from a shop that was already closed

I ordered quilting fabric from The Yellow Door Quilt Shop online. Later I found out the business was permanently closed. But my order was never sent and my credit card was charged anyway.

I got ahold of the owner, Mary Beth Simms, and she said my order would be sent. That was a lie. It never came. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully they are handling it now.

Her website is still up but the phone number and email are disconnected. I looked into it more and found other people online complaining about the same thing happening to them. Address was 175 S. Jefferson Street, Nashville, IN. I lost $27.38.
