Ordered from a Facebook ad and got a damaged, cheap knockoff

I saw an ad for TheBelfaire.com on Facebook and I bought the product they were showing. What they sent me looked nothing like the ad. It was an extremely cheap knockoff and it was damaged when it arrived.

I tried to get my money back. They refuse to give a full refund. They only offer small percentages back, or "store credit" so I'd have to shop with them again. It feels like they're just trying to get more money out of me. I paid $48.89 and got a broken, fake item.
