Ordered a tie from a Hawaii boutique but never got it

I was looking for this specific tie that was sold out on Amazon and I found this company online, theclassycove.com. They say they're a boutique in Hawaii. So I ordered it and even paid extra for 3 day priority shipping. Got a confirmation email but the tie never came.

I tried to contact them. I replied to the email they sent me. I went back to their website and filled out the contact us box. Nothing. Zero responses. No explanation, no refund, nothing. Just out 18.50 and no tie.
