Someone named Sam told me to buy a car report from that site

I had my car listed for sale and a guy named Sam reached out to me about it. He said I should get a vehicle history report from theeliteautocheck.com so he could see it. I paid the 59 dollars and got the report, it looked legit at first.

Then I realized it was all a scam. The report was fake, Sam disappeared, and I never heard from him again. The website is still up though, and that email is [email protected]. They took my money and that was it.

Phone number they used was (213) 698-2955. I just feel stupid for falling for it.
