Ordered a hardcover large print book, got a tiny print paperback instead

I ordered a book from thefaithmade.com because they had it listed as a hardcover in large print. That’s what I paid for. When it showed up it was a paperback with print so small you can barely read it even if your eyes are good.

I emailed their support at [email protected] and told them I wanted to exchange it for the hardcover they advertised. They wrote back and said they don’t have any hardcover large print editions and never will. So they charged me extra for something they knew they didn’t have.

They are still selling that same hardcover large print book on their website. Still taking people’s money for something that doesn’t exist.

Ordered a Bible from a Facebook ad and never got it

I seen an ad for a Bible I wanted on Facebook and it looked and seemed reputable their site and their ad. I purchased it, I got a confirmation. I never received the product 20 days later. I have talked to people on their support over email and they promised they would take care of it and then it's been a run around. I still never received the product and now they're not even responding back. The phone number is not working. I don't know what to do.
